Over the last couple of months, we’ve worked hard to transition FCM from a Filipino “ethnocentric” magazine to a full pledge multicultural magazine. We want to be true to our mission of “bridging cultures together” and to be genuinely a part of the greater Canadian community.
Although FCM was initially created for the Filipino-Canadian community, catering to one community is not our mission. Our mission to bring “Insights, Ideas, and Impact” to everyone regardless of the community they identify themselves with.
With this issue, we are pleased to announce that we’ve fully committed to being a Multicultural media. It is with great pleasure that we present to you the amazing individuals in this issue from different walks of life. In their own way, they’ve contributed to our society. Their work, their passion, and their dedication is why we recognize them. They are the ladies of “Empower Us.”
We hope to inspire you with this latest issue. A truly multicultural issue.
